An incredible range of products, but more impressive was the service. The staff could not possibly have been more helpful in addressing a couple of issues I'd encountered with my garden water feature. Absolutely superb service in every respect. Thoroughly recommend Pond Planet! 👏🏻👏🏻

Saved the day for me! I tried switching a 407 filter for FX under my Roma 240 and didn’t have the right connectors so ended up with a leak in the middle of the night. Pond Planet seemed to be the nearest place from Newcastle I could find to have the proper connectors in store. Thank you so much!

I ordered online and experienced incredibly friendly and efficient service - a few hours after making my order I realised I didn't need one of the things I ordered, so I called and they immediately removed it for me. I still received my package within 24 hours, which was just as well because my goldfish lost an eye the night before and urgently needed some things to help keep her clean and healthy. It's been a few days and she's thriving once again, thank you!

We were greeted by an excellent member of staff that I wish now I had got the name of. They were very knowledgeable and helped point us in the right direction concerning oxygenating pond plants. Despite us visiting rather out of season, we were shown a selection of pond plants and even given a chance to give some of the struggling plants a good home. I'm glad we visitited here first; we got great advice, some absolute bargains and the staff were great. Would recommend

Great experience today in Pond Planet, I accidentally ordered the wrong filter for the fish tank online. I popped in and they let me exchanged it and pay the difference for the version I wanted. I will be returning in the near future! Thanks
