The staff are so horrible more concerned about their job than anything else but Tina the ceo is the most conpasanet and understanding lady i met i think she was genuinely concerned and listened to me thank you so much

Zero stars! First you leave a leaking tap for a week and a half, leave the carpet soaking wet, have told someone who is suffering with suicidal intentions that they are an attention seeker and a lier! Even though that person has proof!! the kitchen is never open, you've stopped doing food, bathroom is disgusting!, support worker needs to be sacked! How the hell can this company sleep at night while treating humans like this?!? The staff have NO empathy, NO time to actually support people, rude, dismiss everything as "your fault!" How can you help people better themselves when you lot just bring them down? Completely unacceptable!!

So many 2 faced ppl work there. I hope the two new management get the sack. And if you go down to the place there's no one about. But i think they were hiding away. Karma will get all of the horrible ppl back. The manager calls the lasses who work there poison. And screams and swears at the staff in front of the residents. Absolutely shocking they are.

They are not very good at passing information on to clients or very good at remembering information. I have also heard in the past that there has been some issues with clients at New Walk in regards to them leaving doors open and people who are not living at the hostel just walk in and help themselves to things.

They are not very good to be fair. I won't name the workers but they phone in often and ask about what the procedures are or they ask for information regarding clients and you need to repeat the information to them over and over again. It gets very tiring having to tell them the same things day in day out.
