Lovely local cafe with a regularly rotating set of freshly baked cakes and weekly hot specials. Reasonably priced and I had fast service.
Lovely food and cakes and drinks and hot and cold plenty of choices to make and clean and tidy and i highly recommended visiting
I had a Bacon 🥓 roll and a decaf. !! I. Didn't. Enjoy the bacon roll, had to force myself to eat it as the bacon was. Far too salty for my taste...and I like salt, but all I could taste was salt when I ate, don't think I'll be back unless they use different bacon..in fact I've never had a bacon roll so salty in my long life I'm 70 years old..I was disappointed to say the least and I payed 4-50 for the roll and decaf..The staff were friendly, but the bacon roll was dry , I asked for butter, which they said we only give butter if we are asked , how many are going to ask ? But don't let this put you off , the staff are lovely 🌹🏵️🌹. Maybe they didn't realise that the bacon 🥓 was salty . So not blaming them for that..❤️HI ITS. JO JO, ..DONT MEAN TO BE OFFENSIVE, IF YOU READ THIS LET ME KNOW HOW BACON WAS SO SALTY, JOHN THE MAINTENANCE MAN FROM HELEN HOUSE. SAID HE. GOT. A. BACON ROLL AND COFFEE FOR. £3... Tea & lovely ginger sponge cake today. (Wife at Spa medica a few mins walk away) very clean, bright cafe. Good service & good prices. 1st visit but will happily return. Thank you.
Outstanding breakfast and coffee and really good value. Nice location with good river views. Recommended!
