My recent experience with Peckish was terrible. From the moment I tried to deal with their staff, the customer service felt completely unprofessional. In my personal experience, it seemed like no one cared about basic courtesy or respect. One staff member, Sonya, was especially disappointing. Based on how she spoke to me, I felt she was outright rude and dismissive. It left me feeling disrespected and honestly shocked that a business would allow customers to be treated that way. Overall, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had with a takeaway. In my opinion, Peckish seriously needs to improve how they treat people, because right now it feels like customer care is not a priority at all.

5* Service from Peckish amazing food and the Peri Peri wrap was packed perfectly. They were close to closing but still made sure the order got through.

I came in on Monday for food. I am a regular customer and have been coming here for years. Sonia was very rude to me when I complained my lasagne was burnt. She didn’t offer me a refund nor did she replace my dish. She instead told me to leave the shop and embarrassed me. Please avoid this place at all costs!! DO NOT COME HERE!! Sonia claims she is an owner and have now come to realise she is just a worker.

Came in today for the first time. Greeted by a lovely, chatty lady. Ordered lasagne, chips & salad. Fancied a jacket potato but they had none left, the sweet ladies told me to call on the day next time and they will save me one. The lasagne was delicious. Thank you ladies.

It's a nice shop, don't get me wrong. I got the special of the day; it was lamb curry and rice. By the time I got a drink, it came to £7. To be honest, it had 6 pieces of diced lamb. The rice had no flavouring, just bland white rice, kind of reminded me of prison rice. For the same price, I would rather go to Frandos and get chicken strips with rice or go to KCS where I can get like more than 6 pieces of diced lamb!
