Normally the door men let me in, even after checking my ID, on this occasion they looked at my ID which was the same as what I normally use and said no it wasn’t allowed. This ID is provided by the gov.uk website so not sure why they said it’s not proper ID. Apparently only your passport or driving licence is allowed now, which i won’t ever be taking on a night out incase it gets lost. I would swerve this place, as the clientele isn’t pleasant, guys are always trying to take you home and can be harassing. Plus the music is horrid rave beats. The toilets and dance-floor need extra care, as they are unhygienic.

On 24th December 2022, I was assaulted by their door staff. I was only having a casual drink at the bar, enjoying the entertainment and taking a snap chat of inside to show my friends. I reported the incident to the police and considered pressing charges. I didn’t do anything wrong. This place is a bully place establishment and the police are aware of my concerns and we’ve logged a report. The bouncers had the cheek to try and say I was taking pictures of people to the police, I literally showed them my phone and it was proven I just sent a Snap chat as people do in a lively environment when having a drink and enjoying themselves. Notably, I was angry and I told the bouncers that they aren’t allowed to touch me. I did act out of frustration because of the way I was treated for doing nothing wrong, but I share this experience as I am literally still traumatised and hope it doesn’t happen to anyone else in the future.
We loved it! Great karaoke, lovely booze. I would definitely tell customers to be hygienic when they come in because 1 absolutely stunk but didn't stop us from loving it #funtower
