If you want to order and wait over 1hr 25 minutes then use here. If you want order and expect it to take a reasonable amount of time. Use somewhere else. Not used here for a long while due to delivery issues. Thought I’d give it another and ended up cancelling my order.
Absolutely delicious food and reasonable prices. Pizzas were really fresh and tasty and were full of toppings. Garlic sauce was lovely, drinks were ice cold. No complaints at all, spot on - new fave takeaway!
Never had a problem until tonight , ordered at 18.17pm and rang to chase order at 19.20pm to be told the system was down so my order would be another 45 mins , no apology and girl was rude on the phone so I ask if it would be quicker if I picked my order up to say 15-20 mins , so a hour n half after I originally ordered. Went to pick my ordered up and still no apology and said we will give you a free bottle of coke , we asked if we could order a additional portion of chips while in the shop to be told we haven’t got anything ready so we didn’t want to wait any longer as we had waited enough. Found them not bothered or couldn’t even apologise. Bad experience
Just had a Saturday night treat, we had a mushroom parmo, chips & salad, mushroom & cheese flat bread plus onion rings. What can I say the portion sizes were huge everything was delicious could not fault a thing. The staff very helpful and friendly.
Wouldn’t have even gave 1 star tbf. Ordered £30 worth of food for it to not get delivered. When rang to see where the order was they said they didn’t cook plain chicken on a kebab all of their chicken is already marinated …. So decided to just not send the whole order. Tried to ring on a number that stated ‘suspected scam’ and then was told to go through UBER for a refund. Absolute joke. Now 9pm at night and still no food. Cheeky gets
