Excellent local pub beside Didos pizzeria. Friendly and cheerful. Good meal, reasonable prices for both food and beverages, extensive menu, and great food. They got pool table and game machine. They got spacious outdoor aswell.
Another great visit to this pub again today, very chatty barmaid, Warm welcome.in comfortable surroundings. Fish and chips were delicious @ Β£9.50 as was the sausage and mash. Great choice of all food and drink. worth a visit.
Food was ok, not great and that's when it arrived. Ordered 8 meals more than 10 minutes between the first and last meal arriving. Asked staff where the rest of the meals were. Apparently a med steak takes a long time to cook and that was why. Unfortunely when it did come it was still alive had to try and catch it on the plate to eat it.

Very disappointed with the food ,as you can see I ordered the katsu chicken curry which is suppose to come with curry sauce. However I received a teaspoon of curry sauce (if that). Asked if I can have more sauce which the staff member went to ask the chef and ultimately it was stated if I wanted more sauce I would have to pay for another meal as they come pre prepared portion sizes . Wonβt be visiting again !
