If you star wars enthusiast, you have got to see this place. Booked for comedy night, it was good, I recommend it. I booked ( 4months in advance) in restaurant for tea before hand , the food was really tasty, freshly cooked, although I would of preferred around 30mins wait for food, not 55mins as we had to rush food, to get to the comedy upstairs .. I would highly recommend the comedy I would highly recommend the food.. But next time ill do one or the other😆
We booked to go here on a Thursday (our treat day). Found the place no problem, but it’s in an unusual place, in a small industrial estate. We were greeted straight away and seated. The place is brilliant, there’s loads to look at. We placed our order and the drinks came I. No time, our starters not too long after. There was some confusion as we got the sharing platter and 2 other starters. Our mains like the starters were fabulous. Very tasty and well cooked. Upstairs was amazing, there were Star Wars characters walking around, chatting and were really nice to chat too. We hadn’t realised that we could have ate upstairs too. What a place. We will definitely be spreading the word on this place, and will definitely be going back.
Went here for the experience, found the actors to be a little intrusive, some people may like that but we would have preferred them to just float around and leave us to our food. The decor is out of this world although I couldn't understand why R2D2 was hidden. The service was slow and we found ourselves having to gain attention several times, given the only waitress not dealing with drinks was rushed of their feet. Deffo go as a one off and food was good but I don't think we would go attend too soon.
I visited last evening with an old school friend. We visited Hangar 7 upstairs and decided to eat up there as they had space and my friend is a huge Star Wars fan. We ordered the sharer platter. OMG it was amazing The dirty fries with the pulled pork. The burger was amazing and the parmo was huge. The Mac n Cheese was awesome x The onion rings were fantastic. You definitely need to make sure you take your appetite with you. The staff were fantastic. The atmosphere was great. And well the food was delicious.
Only found this gem recently. Full English was great, right blend of soggy / greasy fry up. Great Starwars memorabilia on the second floor!
