Ordered our food on the stores website and waited 2 hours before phoning the store for an update. We were told that they will not be making our food because they turned their machine off. They didn’t bother contacting us to inform us our order was cancelled so we could have been waiting all night. Absolutely terrible customer service.
Burger was amazing. However, I ordered skin on fries (which have had before and are spot on) but got dry oven chips. Hope this was a one off…
Firstly, the man on the phone is lovely. I phoned to ask if they’re halal which they are. Secondly he was so delighted that I phoned that he told me their current discounts and would happily help me order through the phone or through Uber. The food came nice and hot and quite quick. And it was amazing I shared some of the food with my friend and she loved it as well. I got the double trouble burger and the Mac and cheese bites they were amazing and my friend said she would order from them soon!
Just been to zone 23. I ordered the double smash burger meal and my god!!!! It was beautiful!! The young man at the counter was lovely too! Must say, its the best burger I have ever had, will definitely go back there!!!!! 5 STAR RATING FROM ME
We got beef burger and chicken burger with chicken tenders can safely say was 10/10 delivery was on time and less than an hour for a Friday night. Confirmed everything is halal. Thank you will definitely be back 👍🏽👍🏽
