Used Didos for a while now, never had any issues til the last 2 months or so. Ordered online tonight, food was 30 minutes late and bits were missing, waited an extra half hour for the rest of the order. Had to ring twice as the first time I was put on hold for 5 minutes then hung up on. Had a similar experience about 6-8 weeks ago, ordered online for a big group so expected it to be a while. Food was over an hour late and again we were missing items (a whole meal plus sides on this one) Food has always been hot and tastes great, but the delivery and service is shocking at the moment.
How much for a Parmo like this? They used to be the best, just lately the Parmo gets smaller - the chicken spaced out covered with cheese -with no chicken underneath. Poor!
This place usually does a decent chicken parmo been using them for years. Just had my usual and something has changed the chicken is different not as good a taste as previous times and smaller portions. I hope they have not changed suppliers to save costs. I will try again and if it's not the normal standard I will go elsewhere.
Terrible customer service been using these for years and this time when places ordered and paid by card food never arrived. When I rang they denied that the order had been paid and refused refund. Now have to raise issue with the bank as the funds have left account. Last time I will order ever again which is a shame after years of custom
Terrible! Ordered take out to pick up. When I got home there were no donner kebab and was told I got a chicken instead. Well I never! Told me to come and pick a new one up after being on the phone for 15 mins, stating I never received it. I also questioned the prices as I was over charged and they stated that the menu online is wrong. I checked in the shop and it's exactly the same. However, they sent me a link to pay with the same prices which were on the menu online. I will not be using this pizza shop anymore. It used to be really nice and they actually looked after there customers, but clearly now they are just ripping people off with disgusting, cold food and made up prices. If your menu is wrong change it and don't send me a link to what the website doesn't says then I question it after payment with a link in the shop, then charge me for an item I never ordered. The man I spoke to did apologize but when I have £30 worth of food at home freezing cold is not really acceptable. THEY ALSO DO NOT TAKE CARD, IT'S CASH OR LINK ONLY.
