Overall, it was a great experience. The pizzas were really delicious—I tried the pepperoni, chicken, and lamb pizzas, and all were excellent. The service was quick, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Limited parking is available, but overall it was a very enjoyable visit.

POSITIVES: This is my current local go to pizza shop! Their INFERNO and LAMB SPECIAL pizzas with a bolognese base are really, really NICE! ------------------------------------------------------------- NEGATIVES: I've tried their parmesan multiple times! It just looks good in the pictures, but for me, it's tasteless! I think it looks like and tastes like a CHEESE FLAN! The bechamel sauce doesn't really have flavour! Having worked in pizza shops making bechamel sauce, the bechamel sauce is like one of the core ingredients. Bechamel sauce should be creamy and smooth! Their garlic sauce, I think, is really nice but TOO WATERY! Yet I still get it cuz I can't eat pizza without garlic! When you order a parmesan, they wrap everything up individually! So you get a parmesan in a pizza box, chips in a separate box, and salad in a separate box. Three boxes when you can just put everything in one large 12" pizza box, like other pizza shops do! Basically, I only ever get burgers or pizzas from this shop!

Order from here almost weekly. Pizzas are consistently good, and deliveries are always on time. We have never had a bad meal from here. Garlic sauce is inconsistent however, most of the time it is watery but the odd time it is thicker and tastes more garlicky .. knocked off one star because of the garlic sauce .. it could be better and it’s a basic thing to get wrong.

Absolutely shocked when worker HUNG UP PHONE when I called about missing item in my order. Not only was my item missing but to hang up instead of fixing their mistake- Disgraceful. Team were rude. Pizza is mid, at best. AND I paid EXTRA for more pepperoni and barely any was on the pizza at all. Waste of money, save yourself the time of trying to contact these rude people when they mess up your order and save your taste buds by not eating this low-quality food. Will not be ordering again.

2024 - Hot Shot Parmesan - 9 inch Consistently been very good throughout past 2 years. Previously they used white containers for sides such as (chips and salad), now it is in smaller brown eco-friendly/bio-degradable container, so I've noticed a 10-15% reduction in portion size since 2 years ago. Previously jalapenos were in bigger/complete sizes, now it is slices and spread evenly. It doesn't affect the taste too much, but it is less hot than it was 2 years ago. Overall, very nice parmesan and pizza choices whilst keeping prices reasonable. I've noticed a 10%-15% reduction in portion sizes of Doner Kebab due to container likely filled up slightly with more chips or salad or by the pita bread. We all love a nice doner, but it is what it is. I do miss the portion size of this 2 years ago. For pizza lovers, Pepperoni, Meat Feast are a few of many nice choices of pizzas here. I still recommend this as a "go-to" and just updating my review in comparison to 2 years and now. I would say best to order early so it helps co-ordination of deliveries better. Delivery starts at 5PM onwards, I would pre-order it at 2PM-3:30PM-4PM so the kitchen can review the order and start the order (when they are ready nearer opening time). By pre-ordering online, it helps avoid rush hour times and any other busy times - i.e. football matches, holiday seasons, etc. ============================================ 2022 - Review - Food Quality Assessment (Size, Pricing, Hygiene) Small parmesan is at reasonable size at cheaper price (£5.70) compared to other parmesan shops in the local vicinity. The bechamel sauce can be a bit too much on the top leaving not much battered chicken. The standard of the parmesan taste is defintely at a very good quality standard and consistency in delivering to that is a must. It's last inspection was reported to be 25th February 2021 (5 out of 5 stars). As a food critic, having reviewed and sampled more than 20 places in the Middlesbough and Newcastle regions, this is one of the best shops for its parmesans and good quality pizzas of its pricing. The "Special" on the menu can be disappointing due to the small size of portions and not to the same level standard in taste compared to other places (i.e. Scampi and Chicken Nuggets). The excess chips and salad are mainly served alongside these dishes. The Chicken Nuggets could be standalone, improved and larger in size. However, this option is not seen on the menu. The taste of the chicken is mainly fresh, the texture and the chicken is different to that from other places in how it is prepared. It is noticable and could be room for improvement. The kebabs are consistent in preparation to a lot of fast food stores. Delivery Assessment (Handling, Delivery Time, Experience) The delivery of the food is fast and they take the initiative to deliver the food without delay. The food has been bagged and handled appropriately. Well done. Overall I am rating this shop 5 out of 5 stars based on the quality of its parmesan and pizzas with its pricing around the vicinity. However, there are rooms for improvements to its parmesan as other places excel at using better quality chicken and ingredients but not at the preparation and approach to how it is cooked.
