I ordered a munch box, came stone cold and empty , got swore at down the phone by the owner and was so disrespectful, paid 12 pound for this . I rang up and he said “ it won’t be cold” as if he was here and could see it then got swore at again. Disgusting, I wouldn’t order again staff are disrespectful and food was delivered terribly.
Food took over an hour and a half. Was delivered initially to the wrong address. Upon phoning the premises, we where told they had taken address incorrectly. Food eventually arrived, barely warm. Curry was so cold it came out of the tub in a solid blob, chips where cold and like cardboard. Chowmien had to be put in microwave to heat up. Normally a nice place, but tonight was absolutely abysmal...... Full price for half of it to be thrown away as was inedible.
We have been using Hong Kong house for many years now. Food always arrives faster than expected & always piping hot. Best Chinese in the area by far!
Absolutely awful, ordered a £20 nosh box last night,.it took 80 mins to arrive. It was stone cold!!! Greedy owners are letting the orders pile up before delivering. Food quality was atrocious!!! Never again.
Awful! Starter box... burnt rib, no prawns in greasy prawn toast. Chicken satay...nothing like I've ever tasted before.. dried up and horrible. Went in the bin. Special rice dry and horrid. Banana fritters were ok. Worst Chinese I've ever had. Received 4 fortune cookies, all out of date by 3 months!
