Waited 15 minutes for breakfast in store. Cheese and bacon flatbread cold with plastic cheese unmelted and two tiny pieces of bacon that was unedible. There were others in store stating they had waited 20 + minutes for breakfast and store was not even busy.
Always a reliable stop. The food is consistently hot and fresh, service is quick, and the staff are friendly and efficient even during busy periods. The restaurant is usually clean and well-organised, and orders are accurate. You know exactly what you’re getting, which makes McDonald's a great choice for a quick, no-hassle meal.
The worst McDonald's I've ever visited. Ordered a happy meal and a nugget meal, was asked to park in the car park and left there for 25 minutes. On another occasion the food I received was wrong and the drive thru staff asked what I'd ordered as he couldn't see my order on the screen. Avoid and use Teesside Park
Used the drive thru, really quick service. Staff friendly . And most importantly the food was hot. Very happy.
Visited 4 times now and had issues with our order every visit, keep giving them another chance to see if they improve...nope! Fourth visit today, food took ages even though we were the only customers in there. Food was brought to the counter on a tray for another staff member to bag up, why? Why not just bag it up out the back?! Fries and drinks missing from our order so we have had to drive back. Mcdonalds sort it out
