Peking chef box with fried rice £20 (found in the starters section) with extra honey chilli chicken, lovely 👍🏽 collection was rapid. Will be coming back, thanks
Ordered through user eats and food was awful. Crispy duck was not edible, sweet and sour was just chicken balls and sauce with no veg/pineapple, egg fried rice not nice. Very dissappointed
Ordered via Uber eats and the food was horrendous chicken curry mushroom fried rice and chips with some dry ribs. I’m positive it was yesterday’s warmed up as it arrived very quickly. Curry was tasteless the chicken was slimy and tasteless chips were hard as nails and the rice was like eating shredded cardboard. The ribs were most definitely not fresh. Only upside to this disgusting takeaway was that I found out my dogs like dry ribs but they eat old kebabs they find on the field so there ability to critique food is limited.
We have ordered from here in the past (using Uber Eats and never had an issue. Always arrives quickly - sometimes in less than 30 minutes). Tonight the order took 2 hours and every time I spoke to them, they just fobbed me off. I was told after an hour it would be 10 minutes as it had left the shop, but the driver told me when it arrived he had only had it 20-30 minutes and they’d given him multiple drops before ours. Said they only have 3 drivers and it’s crazy. They should turn off accepting orders if they’re unable to manage the volume. It’s not as frustrating if the staff are just honest when you call, but being told 10 minutes and it being another hour is not acceptable. We won’t be ordering again.
Ordered food at 7.30 and by 11pm was told it would still be another 35 minutes. Rang on multiple occasions and was told it would be 20 mins/30 mins/40 mins. Then they had ran out of rice and would need to recook the whole order. If I was told first off about the wait I would have cancelled the order but had pre paid and believed it would be delivered. In the end we cancelled and went to bed.
