I usually have a good experience with this company but not this year. I was given a brief price for my micro accounts filing service which I did agree to in an email however after a few days I worked out how to do this myself. I only sent the accountant one bank statement - the company did no work for me honestly and yet they still charged me £130 for the privilege. No document was signed for the costs and I wasn’t pleased with how defensive the company got over something that could have easily been resolved in a more polite email but you’re just a number to them and they didn’t care about loosing me as a client.
