I had a fantastic massage at Innovations Stockton on Saturday and cannot recommend them highly enough. Before my appointment, I was struggling with shoulder mobility to the point where I could not even put on a hoodie properly, as one arm would not lift comfortably. After my session with Andrea, I noticed an immediate improvement, and I can now move my arm with ease and without discomfort. Andrea was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly very skilled. She made me feel comfortable throughout the session and has genuinely given me relief that will allow me to enjoy Christmas without ongoing pain. The reception team were also welcoming and friendly, creating a relaxed and professional atmosphere from the moment I arrived. An excellent experience all round, with outstanding care and service. I will definitely be returning and would happily recommend Innovations Stockton to anyone looking for effective treatment and great customer care.

I really love the people here. I'm transitioning and have been May 2024 hormonally, and I've been here since August. They've been life changing. Supportive, sweet, through my ups and downs and listening to me. Oh, and the laser is very good. 😂 I'd highly recommend their services in both laser and emotional support~ I barely even shave anymore and the dysphoria is so gone from body hair! So much more confidence!

Kiera was really welcoming as it was my first time there. She instantly put me at ease and through discussion identified key areas of the body to focus on throughout the massage. It was so relaxing, and I already cannot wait to get booked in again!
