From the moment we entered the showroom Andy M went above and beyond. He explained everything clearly and made the process extremely easy. Received my Jaeco J7 PHEV this week. Very big thanks to Andy, sales manager, who delivered the car into my house and all the paperwork’s were smooth and quick through him.
Great customer service from Andy. He’s sold us our last two cars, a Fiat and an Omoda. Very helpful with lots of knowledge and listens to what we want. Would definitely recommend.
Justy bought a Jaecoo J7 PHEV from Alexanders Teesside and the sale was handled by the sales manager Andy Mottershead. It was as easy as buying a pint of milk or loaf of bread. The service received was second to none and I felt really confident/trusting of Andy. The car arrived within the specified dates I had been advised and although the salesmen seemed very busy they always had time for you. The handover was in two parts as the car has so much tech to absorb. Only had the car a few days but am totally impressed with it together with the service received from Alexanders. I would thoroghly recommend Alexanders of Teesside when buying a new car.
I recently bought an OMODA 5 from Alexanders Teesside. Fantastic customer service, Andy was very helpful and kept me updated with everything. Also very quick to respond to any questions I had. Very good handover and was also offered a second handover if I had anymore questions or queries. Really pleased with my new car.
