Andy has looked after me for 6 glorious years of Jeep car mobility ownership. Amazingly knowledgeable and so personable he is absolutely focused on giving his customers the car they absolutely need. Andy is the sole reason I have been a Jeep at Alexander's customer.

Amazing experience buying my new jeep. From the moment I walked into the door I am greeted by Dave who was an expert on the jeep range. Dave went through all the options and give me a test drive of the electric jeep avenger. Felt this car was suitable to my needs. Dave ordered the vehicle in the colour I wanted with ease. Give me a 4 week window on when the car might arrive. Actually only took a week and it was available for pick up. Dave fully supported me through the purchase including demo of the car before I left. Dave also phoned to see how things were going with my new car and offered any help if needed. Dave was a genuinely nice guy and helped me massively. Great company and staff.

Received our new jeep avenger in prompt timing from any who from the beginning was such a lovely and helpful gentle-man. He kept us updated every step of the way and worked his very best to get the vehicle to us before the deadline date, he’s was on the phone with updates and we had a good laugh with him throughout, he also filled the tank with petrol for us such a legend of a man. I’d highly recommend working with Andy he also phones after to check up and make sure everything was ok, Andy we love you 🙆‍♀️

Parts department staff were very helpful and provided a quick response to my request for a replacement parcel shelf for my Jeep.
