Motorpoint Stockton-on-Tees

I had come into your Stockton store between Christmas and new year I believe Saturday 27th December. I feel like you need to be aware that there was plenty of Audi A1s that I would of been interested in buying but after the way your salesman spoke to me (older gentleman) I was absolute gobsmacked and walked out and both myself and husband said we would never ever go back because of such a bad experience with him. Us had a couple of cars that I loved.

Title: Misleading Warranty – Beware Before Buying I bought a Vauxhall Grandland from Motorpoint in October 2023 and paid extra for an extended warranty they recommended. Unfortunately, I was not given any copy or proof of the warranty, and the terms were not clearly explained. When a mechanical fault occurred, my claim was rejected because the garages I used were not VAT registered, despite proper servicing. Communication with Motorpoint and Defend Insurance was unhelpful, leaving me without the protection I paid for. I hope Motorpoint improves transparency and documentation for warranties to prevent misleading customers in the future.

Great experience selling my car, if you describe your car accurately they’ll honour their online valuation which was the strongest around by thousands and reflective of the real world retail value of the vehicle - lovely friendly staff, thanks Logan for sorting all the paperwork and making the process totally painless and stress free 👍

Special mentions to Dan , Teague and Reece. Already have bought 10 - 12 car from Motorpoint. Customer service is excellent. Recently moved homes and went to Stockton as my local garage. Would not believe we purchased 2 cars in the space of 4 weeks. Amazing service from Reece on the first time round that bought us back. Dan was straight to the point and got a deal we couldnt say no. Teague managed to ensure our car was immaculate and we could pick it up on a Sunday as we were tied up!! Top job lads keep up the work
