Fantastic service throughout! Right from my 1st phone call to Sarah all the way through to driving my vehicle away was a pleasure. After test driving the vehicle everything was explained in detail as to how the car was to be prepared. All costs were outlined with no hidden extras and no pressure to buy extended warranties etc. After explaining I would like my wife to see the car John actually let me pick her up at Guisborough in the car and returned us home as I didn't have a vehicle. I was so impressed with this and this was a strong factor in agreeing the purchase. After having to return my previous car for a refund after faults (completely different dealer) the service I received was fantastic in comparison. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend John and Sarah and will be returning. Would give 10 stars if possible 👍 Update * After having the car only a few weeks it developed an unforeseen injector fault. Sarah had the car picked up the next morning and the car was returned to my home the day after fully repaired and all covered in the 6 month free warranty. Again 10 star service 👍

From the initial contact through to test-drive and purchase, the service offered by John, Sarah and Joe has been exemplary. The car was priced extremely fairly, described scrupulously honestly, and handed over in first-class condition. My trade-in was given a good offer for its age and condition. At no point do they apply any pressure whatsoever. Everything happened when they said it would. A small problem with the spare key was resolved quickly and to my complete satisfaction. If you're looking for a quality used car at a fair price, definitely give them a visit.

I got my new car today from John & Sarah. The customer service from start to finish was absolutely second to none! I wouldn't hesitate to get another car from them as they were both so helpful and accommodating. Kept me updated with everything and made the whole car buying such a wonderful experience! Fantastic garage with top class customer service! Though I didn't buy a car from this garage (only due to it being a very close choice between this and what turned out to be my dream car), I can definitely vouch for the garage's quality and the owner's superb customer service! Sarah and John were nothing but honest, welcoming and more than reasonable with us. They waited back 30 minutes after closing time to allow us to view the car in question for the second time the same day, despite it being a lovely evening! They offered to try to buff out any scratches in the car as best they could and to replace the cambelt prior to collection! There was no pressure selling at all, we were allowed to view the car at our own pace and there was no cost for the test drive. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this top class, family-run garage to anybody, and were it not for the competition being my dream car, I'd have bought from these myself. An extremely pleasant and professional experience from a lovely family run business with a vast knowledge of the industry. I was made to feel very comfortable with no pressure what so ever from a friendly, courteous team who made me feel at home straightaway and know how to treat their customers. I've bought from dealer's in the past and i can assure you that Westacres are top of the league in my experiences, the guy's go above and beyond and i personally have no complaints, an enjoyable experience as i walked away happy with a lovley car, I cant thank John, Ian and Sarah enough.
