each and every time i come, i get served by a young lad called Kaz. He is kind, and polite, he is fantastic at what he does. and each and everytime he has guided me the right way, without any dissappintment. so a just wanna say a big thanks to him! i strongly feel he is worth considoring for a promotion! 💯
was advised my order would be ready in approximately 15 minutes on the app so went down to go and collect it which took me a half hour drive got there and the person behind the counter said no it’ll take a hour on our systems so I went outside sat in the car and waiting the hour went back in and he said no I can’t see it and instead of offering help or trying to resolve the situation his response was come back tomorrow which I found extremely lazy and disrespectful as it was 15:20pm on a Saturday and I’d already been waiting a hour and a half for my order which wasn’t a massive order keep in mind but it was still important and needed same day. I then waited till 15:40pm because I desperately needed it and as soon as I walked in he rolled his eyes at me and said it’s not here MATE customer service needs to be better was made to feel unwelcome for simply checking on an order within the time I was given.
Ordered a Bosch battery for 2019 Touareg only to find out I needed a Varta battery. I asked if I could return and get Varta battery. They were great done the exchange no problem at all brilliant above and beyond many thanks. PS battery is installed and coded working great.
Had part of my order missing as it was not in stock. It was my fault of not checking my order was ready for collection before setting off. Staff were helpful and advised me on getting a different brand, same part that day.
