Used this company to send a car key from UK to Netherlands. Told 1-2 days. Still not arrived 5 days later. Appreciate customs takes time but why not be upfront about realistic time frame I'm just joking public with no knowledge of the beurocracy involved. Dhl could have explained this and I could have jumped on a cheap return flight handed over the key and come back. Due to DHL lack of info upfront my friend has lost a week's work and put his job in jeopardy. He could have hired a car if he'd known it was going to take 5 days and counting. Don't use of your item is time critical. Don't deserve even 1 star...really should pay fees back. Shocking service!
Excellent service in store. Knowledgeable caring staff . Took all the anxiety out of sending documents abroad. Delivered next day Southern Spain and kept informed on tracking.
Very good and fast in posting and they are very polite when they bring your packages or parcels to deliver them to me and should be more than 5 stars more like a sky full of stars
