My wife recently had a root canal treatment followed by the placement of a crown with Dr Mihai. I am leaving this review on her behalf. The care and professionalism she was shown and received during her appointment with Dr. Mihai Neacsu and dental nurse Sophie was outstanding. Dr. Neacsu was reassuring, relaxing and explained every part of the procedure in great detail to her. He was very open and honest about success rate, the procedure and reassured her that it would be pain-free from the beginning. He had a very understanding nature, and it was great to see his enthusiasm and passion for his role. He truly made a difference to her and has restored her confidence and smile. Thank you both. From start to finish my experience with Avanti has been excellent. The work I had carried out required four appointments, each appointment was carried out efficiently and on time. The premises are spotlessly clean and smart. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming and the dentist was excellent, I never felt hurried and all the work was explained along the way. Definitely a 5 star experience

So far, I have experienced top class treatment n looking forward to my final appointment in a weeks’ time. I was made comfortable n relaxed n my dentist explained the works he needed to do n the number of trips I have to make to see him. He was very very patient n sitting for a whole hour for each visit but he did a brilliant thorough job so far. 👍👍👍👍👍

I've had some intensive treatment over the summer by both Alina and Mihai: two extremely skilled dentists. I was made to feel at ease on every visit, and each stage of my treatment was explained to me fully. Very efficient (including the dental nurses). Excellent service carried out by highly trained personnel who know their craft! Also, the reception staff are just lovely and so helpful: you can tell a lot about a company when one is in the waiting -room and one hears and witnesses receptionists' manner and approach to customers. I wished I'd made the decision to switch dentists to this practise sooner.

The dentist and dental nurse were really friendly and professional explaining everything I needed to know about extraction of my tooth and aftercare.
