EDIT TO UPDATE: After sending this review I was contacted by the practise effectively trying to guilt me into removing this review and offer me free services in exchange for this. I have in the past 4 days been contacted on 8 separate occasions which I have not answered which is now turning into harassment. Original Review: Had an appointment for my 2 year old, after 20 minutes of waiting I queried how long it would be as keeping a toddler in a small waiting room can get tiring so I'd have went outside for a while until ready. Turns out the dentist I was booked with wasn't even in the building and no one had the decency to tell us, he was 'due back soon' but then had another patient before us so we had to cancel so it was a complete waste of an hour. I then went back to the car and sat in the car was the dentist in question on their phone. Fair enough emergencies happen we are all human but we should have been told immediately and I would have rebooked and saved the stress and chew on. This has immediately caused me to enrol my daughter into a different dentist. Amazing experience as always at this brilliant practice. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating, I always feel so comfortable here. All the staff are fantastic, the Dentists here are wonderful and Fran is amazing!

Broke a tooth at Christmas and needed an implant. Although it has taken a long time, the whole process was done thoroughly and professionally. I had the new tooth finally fitted today and it's amazing; you can't tell which tooth is the implant. A job well done!

Cannot fault the the treatment i receive at this dental practice, everyone is so kind and friendly, had to have a tooth removed which was carried out very quickly and no pain at all, aftercare explained to help the healing etc, I know any future treatment i require will dealt with in the most professional way many thanks to you all.

Really excellent and sympathetic experience from start to finish of my situation. They couldn't have been more helpful and understanding. I would without any hesitation recommend My Dentist to anyone needing treatment by a dental practitioner. I was very grateful and relieved to received the treatment so quickly.
