I had a great experience with Dr Andrew Nichols. He carefully assessed my teeth and clearly explained that I have a deep bite, which is the underlying cause of the damage to my lower front teeth. He was honest and professional, explaining that repairing the chipped teeth without correcting the bite first would not be appropriate. I really appreciated his clear explanations and his focus on long-term oral health rather than quick fixes. Highly recommended.

Andrew Nichols at Smile Spa, Stockton is the dentist I saw. He and his team have been nothing short of brilliant. Slowly and clearly explaining all my options with a traffic light system for the treatment required and suggested. There was absolutely no pressure to have everything done but as the different treatments progressed I began to understand how much better for me and the long term health of my teeth it would be. I was very reluctant to jump from the NHS to private and not all private practices are the same, but it has been worth every penny. I had no idea such treatments, equipment and methods existed. Can’t wait for my 6 monthly check up!

Attended the clinic yesterday for the first consultation. The staff were very welcoming and the lady I spoke with was very clear regards the process whilst also understanding of my personal wishes. First impressions excellent and I’m feeling confident regards my future treatment plan.

From my very first consultation with Sam, through lots of appointments with different specialist consultants, a couple of extractions, impressions, scans, X-rays, partial dentures, right through to my finished results of implants and veneers, I’ve just about seen the whole team who have helped me reach a decision on the right course of treatment for me. My journey has been a complex one. Smile Spa has been truly amazing and supportive, professional and compassionate delivering an excellent standard of care. I am beyond thrilled with my new smile and for the first time since my journey began I can eat out confidently with family and friends, smile with confidence which for me is priceless. The staff at the smile spa are so friendly and put you at ease you have no need to be worried about going. Took my granddaughter for checkup who's 3 year old they were amazing with her . Cannot recommend smile spa enough.
