I came for my first visit today at Westmount for a consultation, I seen jess who was nothing but amazing from start to finish. Jess reassured me with all options around composite bonding and braces. She explored all possible options with me. Not to forget the receptionists who made me feel so welcomed too as a new patient.

Not happy with these at all put the phone down on me when trying to explain about a referral as im on benefits as im a career, the lady I spoke to from queens way billigham said I need to ring my local dentist and this is the same place I got done last time back in 2022 then my appointment was the 12th January 2023 but I had a reason to cancel it because my dad was dying he was put in hospital before that date since him passing ive had anxiety/depression not been out the house for 2 years since. And yesterday I phoned to explain the reason but then put the phoned down as I wanted to pay for check up to start off again. I phoned 111 they got me seen straight away same day last night at 7:15 and found out few problems I had a abscess and teeth needs to be taken out at the back couldn’t get a X-ray as im having problems with my jaw and struggling to eat atm so have to ring a dentist Monday to get checked but I will certainly won’t be using this place again.

Had a lovely experience today. Firstly with dentist, Charlotte, then with dental hygienist, Lakshmi and nurse, Jane. I told Jane that it was the first time I had not felt like I was drowning having my teeth done. 😀

Went along today for two appointments. One with Charlotte who was amazing she gave me good advice and her assistant went beyond and found me a perfect tooth brush online couldn't fault their services. I then went on to see the hygienist Lakshmi and Jane who both made me utterly comfortable. I was a bit worried about sensitivity they assured me I'd be fine and I was amazing treatment from both would absolutely recommend all these ladies at westmount dental. Unbelievable service.
