The team at Densham surgery are just amazing. I spoke to a receptionist today who was just super helpful. Elaine the Nurse Practitioner is just lovely- really knowledgeable, caring & is really great with kids too. Dr Oliver our GP is genuinely interested in helping her patients, and always returns calls and responds to enquiries promptly. It’s clear (from the phone lines) that the Practice is mega busy but when you do get through it’s clear that the whole team genuinely care about the advice and treatment their patients receive.

This is by far the worst practice I have ever been to. The reception staff are not only rude (which I could put up with) but they are also inept. This ineptitude was the cause of me not being able to receive my much needed medications on time on many occasions, as well as other issues regarding appointments. I was in disbelief at how they spoke to myself and others, as if we were stupid, when every single time it was simply because they hadn't done their job properly. One member of reception staff even told my husband he didn't need to worry about having a cough and feeling faint for over a month!? I never write reviews but have been so shocked at the lack of organisation and the way I have been spoken to here. DO NOT REGISTER AT DENSHAM SURGERY!
