Woodbridge Practice

We have been registered with this surgery since 2012, our whole family has had exceptional service throughout this time. All the Doctors, Nurses and support staff have been superb. The reception and phone staff are always respectful, personable and caring. We have always experienced that everyone at WMP goes over and beyond to cater for our needs. We also want to thank all of them from the bottom of our hearts for the care provided to our late mother for past 13 years especially towards the end of her life. We will forever be grateful. Excellent service. Dealt with efficiently when visited the practice, I was referred to urgent care who saw me very quickly. They referred me back to Woodbridge to have blood tests which were done straight away. I then had a telephone call to discuss results. I was dealt with quickly and efficiently and with care in all occasions. Well done

Excellent service and helpful reception . The surgery used to get bad press but for last few years the improvements are fantastic

My partner had an appointment with Andrew this morning for his cholesterol injection, on arrival the receptionist was rude and unhelpful asking if he was registered at that surgery, when trying to explain his Thornaby but his appointment is always Ingleby she interrupted not letting him finish his explanation. I too work in a busy doctors surgery were we ask patients to be respectful towards staff, surely it works both ways!!

The receptionist was super rude. She was having an argument with me over the phone when I only called in to request help and information on my medical history. Instead of helping me, she was just jugging and presenting more problems like I should register with new GP in the first place when all I called in for was just some information she kept expressing her frustration towards me. Horrible costumer service, I understand they go thru a lot during their work with people but that's not a reason to already have that rudeness with every new patient.
