If i could give no stars i would. Not only did let2 leave me with no hot water for 12 months. Failed to maintain building so was easily accessible to anyone without a key but also change the locks without a court order. They have no failed to respond to 6 emails, 4 telephone calls. Stay well clear of this company never know anything like it

BE WARNED!!!!!!! I was offered a property by Rupert. He reference checked me, received bank statements & guarantor details. Whilst viewing the property Rupert asked me to help move boxes from his car into the house - I helped him as he seemed pleasant enough - and I am a nice person. Rupert messaged me every day and communication was great. However, Rupert wanted to visit my current property - on his own - to inspect my current home. This is a home he has nothing to do with. I found this very strange - but agreed a time to meet Rupert at my house (I am a 24 year old woman who lives on my own - I felt this was very inappropriate). Rupert continued to bombard me with messages - which I responded too. On the day we agreed to meet at my house he rang me at 9:30am to chase me regarding an email he sent the previous night - I explained to him my grandfather is passing away in hospital - he was my priority last night - however I would see Rupert at my property at 3:30 pm the same day to sign paper work. His attitude towards me completely changed. He has also emailed me to ask if he could take me in his car to the other house once we signed the agreement? I told Rupert I found this all very strange on the phone. He then decided not to show up at my house at the agreed time - he didn't even have the decency to tell me he wasn't coming - when I contacted him he told me he "has been in the game 30 years and he didn't trust me"!!!!!!!! He received all documents/references and checks from employer and current landlord in a week - I personally think Rupert's intentions were untoward - coming to my house and then taking me in his car to another house? Totally inappropriate behaviour and unprofessional to not even turn up at an agreed time or have the decency to let me know you weren't coming. This company now has all my documents and bank statements !!!!!!!! I'd recommend no young woman to contact Rupert - I am now wondering what his intentions were with me in my house on his own - I am happy to provide evidence to anyone who would be interested in looking at Rupert's totally inappropriate behaviour towards me.

Waited 4 months for a new oven still currently waiting for it. had a neighbor/friend had to put up with nightmare neighbors for months who constantly disrupted the building once by setting off fireworks inside the building. Currently the building my friend lives in also Stockton flats, has 11 bedsits sharing one shower and two toilets in the whole building unacceptable hygiene conditions until recently

These guys continually let the adjoining property out to noisy tennants. The latest incarnation has a penchant for slamming doors at 6am and three dogs that bark and howl all night. Previous tenants were similar with the added bonus of constant discos and fights. When you complain to Stockton Flats about the quality of their tennants they do nothing. In one instance they even said "there's nothing we can do", seriously? Nothing you can do about your tennants? You might as well give them the deeds to the house then in this case!

Im utter shocked and discrased my landlord is selling the house i live in and i have to move asap but when i rang up they had a nasy attitude wouldent let me speak and was very quick to say sorry we cannot help then put phone down !!! Discusting
