Having booked 94 Yarm Road Darlington for a week through booking.com, we turned up at the property and rang for the keysafe code, but the telephone number would not even ring at their end. Tried a few times, booking.com customer services aso tried without success and they did not reply to email either. We ended up being moved to another property nearby, which, having looked at 94 Yarm Road, was probably a good thing, but ended up costing us more with the extra travel. We won't even get this refunded. I'd avoid this company.
Absolutely fantastic... Love my little home they do anything that's needed... Any problems they sort it.... Couldn't ask for anything else...
