Absolutely superb! Paul was so knowledgeable and methodical when it came to the issue I had with my C220. I got my car booked in very quickly and it was dealt with extremely promptly. Paul was very friendly and explained what the issue might be and we both worked together on agreeing a way forward. After a dreadful experience at another Merc Independent a few years ago, I felt a bit stuck to find a local one, but I found Autoklasse and after such a good experience and brilliant job, this will now be my go-to Independent.
