My nails were completed to a very high standard by Gemma From the moment I arrived, all members of staff were professional, friendly, and very welcoming. The atmosphere is relaxed and well organised, and the wide variety of refreshments offered is a thoughtful touch that adds to the overall experience. I would also like to mention Anthony, who is excellent at sorting out my appointments and always ensures everything is scheduled perfectly. He understands how unorganised I am and makes the booking process seamless and stress-free. A fantastic salon that consistently delivers high-quality services with outstanding customer care.

I got my hair done at allure and had a balayage done by Ebony who was friendly but professional. The salon has a complimentary drinks menu and a secret snack drawer. When I got home and saw my hair in the natural light I decided it was too light for me and contacted the salon who listened to me and toned it down free of charge. Their customer service is amazing and thank you so much again to allure and especially ebony! 100% would recommend to anyone.
