I contacted Natalie about bridal hair for me and my three bridesmaids. I have very curly hair and I’ve taught myself how to style it using the curly girl method, however I have visited many hairdressers in the past who didn’t know what to do with it so I’m fairly nervous about putting my faith in anyone! Natalie invited me for a trial, listened to what I wanted and demonstrated some lovely styles which put me completely at ease. On my wedding day Natalie attended and went over and above with me and my three bridesmaids - she was a very calming influence and did an absolutely fantastic job. Thanks so much Natalie - I felt absolutely spot on on the day. (My bridesmaid daughter even cried with happiness when Natalie styled her “emo” hair!)

An amazing experience having the mesh integration system today. Natalie made me so comfortable and explained exactly what she was doing etc Delighted with my totally new look Had consultation at Nunthorpe and was at Ingleby today. Both salons are lovely. Recommend 100% .

Natalie has been amazing, from the consultation to the fitting. She has advised and informed me about the mesh integration system... The after service and care is second to none. I love my new hair, it looks and feels amazing. It's given me so much confidence.

I review a lot anyway, I got seen by Natalie I believe, I booked in for a cut long blow dry which included a wash and a choice of my hair being curled or straightened. At the beginning of the appointment, I showed the lady what I wanted to be cut and she just stared at me for a long while…the atmosphere just felt awkward for no reason and this is just how I seen and felt. The hair wash was nice but the part where you lay your neck on for the hair wash, it was hurting my neck and doesn’t usually at other hair salons. I normally go to Guidos but thought to try this place out, my review may seem a bit harsh but I was very pleased with the curly hair process but I noticed after a hour(after the appointment) the curls were just gone. Mind you, my hair was very long like below my waist and near my thighs and I was definitely happy with the overall result but I wish it lasted longer the curls, and for it to last for a hour was just disappointing. The hairdresser did a lovely job but the experience wasn’t that amazing for me.
