Great service I informed them of my aunties death so required empty house via the online service for empty house insurance because of the probate situation , they contacted me immediately and everything was explained i told them i was waiting for my solicitor to contact me about their insurance people and they said it was fine, after contact with my solicitor the pricing difference was massive almost 4 times what UKinsuranceNet were quoting and they told me to take up their policy, could not find the original quote when i logged in to my account so filled in the details again (most were already filled in) within minutes got a call from them and sorted out the insurance brilliant service and price and it is prorated so when the probate has gone through and the house is sold i only pay for the time i have the policy. You do pay a small fee upfront then direct debit or you can just pay in full so choice is good great company and good pricing.
