I took a handbag into the Thornaby store (within Asda) as I wanted to see if the handle could be shortened. Sam served me and he was just wonderful - so friendly and helpful. He altered it there and then and at a very reasonable price and I walked out of the store a very happy customer. Thanks so much Sam - you were great. I’ll be back again soon with some old photos I need with help printing.
Been into Timpsons in Asda to print out photos a couple of times now I can’t praise Sam up enough. He remembered me from my first visit and he was really helpful, friendly and very patient with me, he went above and beyond, fantastic customer service
Total failure. Took a brietling watch for a battery replacement. Firstly was instantly asked if it was real or fake. 🤔 What kind of customer service is that. Then was quoted more than the official brietling service site. Total joke zero stars!!!
