i DO NOT recommend. i went into queens today with a simple design in mind of what i wanted, which if you look below at the photos i wanted the french tips with the bloody look (as it’s halloween upcoming) they wanted to charge me £70 which i think it absolutely extortionate 😭 so i said immediately no what about a french tip no design and they said £48 which i still think it wild for what i wanted. i didn’t get them extremely long at all, in my opinion there a normal length but they said they are long so they will be 48, may i add they gave me the price after they started and stuck all the tips on which is smart really as they had already started so i couldn’t exactly just say no and leave. The staff where all looking at the design i wanted and they where talking in there own language and after a few mins the man obviously tried to charge me £70. Maybe i’m being a complainer but my gosh i was shocked at the price. I’m a girl that usually has her nails quite extreme and mega designed as well as super long, so im really disappointed with what i have now and what i payed. my usual nail tech would charge me £35/£40 at most for full designs with 3D flowers/ leopard print etc, while this salon has charged me almost £50 for plain nails, anyways unless your looking to take out a loan for some nails i wouldn’t recommend 😭

I’ve been coming here for a while now and I would highly recommend them. I’ve a few different designs done now and even had Peter rabbit free hand painted on my nails. I’ve had honey do the last few sets and she’s just the loveliest & all the staff are. The only downside is that they are that popular there can be a wait at busier times. I’ll not go anywhere else now 💅

I don’t usually write reviews but this one I’m going too! Second time at queens nails and I don’t think I will be going back. I had a pedicure deluxe one £40 and added a french tip on toes for £5. I did ask for an acrylic overly as they are very short, I was advised that they would make they look nice without it. I don’t mind paying the extra either! I then had a full set of French tips with a design (which was lovely) £40. I ended up with short nails as I felt really rushed and stupidly agreed with the length. One nail ended up being really curves on one side (pointed look I wanted). When I got home and had a really good look at them there’s still my old nail varnish on the corners of my toes and still hard skin on my feet (callus I think I’m saying it correctly) I’ve been back and the lady did shape my nail a little better but failed to acknowledge when I mentioned the old nail varnish on my toes. I really don’t have the best of nails hence the reason I pay to have them done and it’s a lot of money for something you’re not happy with. It feels really rushed in there and not a very friendly atmosphere all the time. Minimal talk from the nail tech and rest of the staff unfortunately

Great service from the loveliest staff! Beautiful salon and incredible results on my nails! Absolutely recommend! My technician recreated my reference picture perfectly with slight alterations from me (see attached) I couldn’t be happier! They were checking everything with me through each step! So happy!

Appointment made 10 mins before going. Very accommodating, polite and professional. Gentleman who did my nails made me a coffee, was polite, listened to what I wanted and I feel did a good job. I also had my brows waxed and they are perfect. Thank you so much ☺️
