Never been treat with anything but kindness from this pharmacy. The pharmacist in charge has always taken good care of me, and I’ve just had a prescription dropped to my door in an emergency. Lovely lovely staff with a big focus on good treatment. Thank you so much

Extremely rude and condescending pharmacist today. The man was argumentative and arrogant. He even spoke to the other members of staff rudely. He thought he knew more than the neonatal nurse when I asked for a certain item and he made a point of saying so. He made a first time mum feel very uncomfortable! He needs to work on his communication skills and stop speaking as if he is above everyone else, it’s embarrassing!

Shocking attitude by the pharmacist. 2/9/25 am. Was prescribed some meds, unsure how to use and went in for some advice, as we are told to do to take pressure off the GPs. Pharmacist was so rude to their staff and told myself. "I didn't prescribe this so I don't know what its for" go back to your Doctors and ask them. When I said, but I thought you we're here to give advice, I was just met with the same "go back to your GP, I didn't prescribe it". This chemist is getting worse and its certainly not the staff on the counter. Went to Boots Teesside Park, excellent service, all sorted now need to bother my GP.

I went to the chemist, very embarrassed, so waited until it was empty before going in. I explained to the lady that I had a fungal nail infection so needed some treatment. The response I received was her screwing her face up and saying 'errrrr'. I was so embarrassed. She then shouted across to the chemist who then gave me the same response. I have never dealt with less professional people. The pharmacy is supposed to be somewhere to get advice not be made to feel dirty and embarrassed for asking for advice. I will never be going the again

A very hit and miss experience depending on who is behind the counter. I can lip read and saw the staff in the back commenting on customers appearances, I avoid where possible
