I recently visited this Chemist for the first time and had an excellent experience. The pharmacist I spoke with, Matthew, was not only knowledgeable but also incredibly helpful and approachable. What really stood out to me was the genuine care shown by the staff—they treat you like a person, not just another number through the door. It was such a refreshing change, and I’ll definitely be returning!

Rude staff level of service depends on the pharmacist. Major customer service improvement required. Also had issues at this pharmacy with the wrong prescription being handed over.

I use this pharmacy regularly and have always found staff friendly and helpful I collect prescriptions a couple of times a month for me and my husband,never any issues. In fact they managed to source something boots at Thornaby said at the time were unavailable due to a national shortage.

Extremely rude. They don't pay attention to what they are doing, claimed they were looking for someone called Stan Hope and started laughing in the back! When corrected, still can't get it right. Shouldn't be in customer service. Avoid!!
