Synergise Pharmacy

I would like to leave an exceptional review for this pharmacy and, in particular, for the pharmacist Rashed Azim. I came seeking advice for my 92-year-old grandmother following a complex hospital admission, and what I received was far beyond routine pharmaceutical service. Rashed demonstrated an outstanding level of clinical thinking, knowledge and attentiveness. He took the time to carefully consider symptoms, recent medications and overall clinical context, and discussed everything with genuine depth and professionalism. What truly stood out was his ability to think like a clinician rather than simply follow procedural protocols. This kind of thoughtful, patient-centred approach is exactly what is often missing in overstretched healthcare systems, and it makes an enormous difference to families dealing with vulnerable elderly patients. The entire team at this pharmacy is friendly, welcoming and attentive, but Rashed’s expertise, calm manner and clinical insight deserve special recognition. I am deeply grateful for his support and would not hesitate to recommend this pharmacy to anyone seeking truly high-quality, compassionate pharmaceutical care.

After searching for over an hour to get my childs antibiotics, i got to Synergise Pharmacy and i wish i had went there first. The staff were really helpful and sourced the medication and even rang my original pharmacy to have them release the prescription which they hadn’t done. All the staff were friendly and showed genuine concern for my child and the journey i had been made to take because of errors elsewhere. I was given clear advice and guidance on how to store and administer the medication, along with side effects to look out for and how to safely manage the same. This is exactly how our healthcare service should be working, and i am grateful for their help, approach and effectiveness. I would highly recommend this pharmacy.

I highly recommend this pharmacy from a personal experience I had that they helped me with that they went over and beyond for me due to a miss hap at north tees hospital my newborn baby was recommended a cream for her private parts at 2 weeks old they were very sore and irritated and were starting to blister when the pharmacy owner seen the cream that we were recommended off the hospital he was shocked as it was a very strong cream and said to be very careful he even give me free of charge an AVENNO sensitive wash for my baby so I could help soothe it. Fast forward 3 days the cream that the hospital reccomended made my baby worse and she started to bleed so the pharmacy was right to object and tell us to be careful because we never should of been given it in the first place. We were back at the hospital 3 days later and were given a steroid cream wich cleared up in 2 days. Again the owner did not have to do what he did and give us free produce for my baby but he did very thoughtful indeed highly recommended. Thankyou lizzy jp and baby Eliska

It's small and awkwardly placed, especially for parking, and avoid the methadone hour. But, all staff are friendly and helpful, and they do actually run a Pharmacy First system so you don't need a GP unlike others like Well who say they don't but send you here because they don't really want to do that facility. So, all in all, a preferred pharmacy locally.

Really helped us with medication for our daughter. They really went above and beyond for us and continue to do so each month. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. Cannot recommend them highly enough.
