We've had the pleasure of working with Stuart from Centrally Heated on multiple occasions, and each time he has exceeded our expectations. Stuart is incredibly professional and always responds quickly whenever we need his services. His friendly and efficient approach makes the whole process hassle-free. What stands out the most is his commitment to finding the best and most cost-effective solutions for us. Stuart's work is not only top-notch but also budget-friendly. Excellent service! we have used Centrally Heated power flush our radiators, getting them all up and running and to service our boiler. Stu is fantastic, does a professional job and leaves everything clean and tidy. 10 out of 10.
Everything with this company has been amazing from start to finish. The website provided good details of the services available, Hayley has been great to speak to in understanding our needs and organising times for when Stuart could come to the property. The availability and pricing was way better than the other companies I spoke to and Hayley even contacted us to bring the date forward when an earlier slot became available as she had remembered we needed the work doing quite quickly - can’t ask for more than that! We had a boiler service carried out initially and whilst it passed, we asked for the advisories to be worked on too. Stuart was punctual, extremely approachable and friendly and has been explaining each part of the process very thoroughly so we know what’s been needed and why. I can’t recommend this company enough. I won’t even consider anyone else going forward.
Had a new boiler installed by stu and as always has done a amazing job very honest and trustworthy and very tidy. Also a good price and price was what I got quoted he always keeps you informed with what he has done I won't ever use anyone else's now 10/10
We’ve had ongoing problems with our boiler/heating for a couple of years now and no luck trying to get it resolved. Stuart was very knowledgeable, very good at explaining and most importantly fixed the problem. He is also the tidiest trades person we’ve ever had in our home and we wouldn’t hesitate in recommending him to friends and family.
