Needed a repair to a grumbling cistern and a dripping tap. As finding good local tradesmen can be a minefield, I called Pete on the basis of the positive reviews I found here. I could not have been more pleased. Pete is very professional, honest, friendly and courteous. Firstly, he repaired the cistern charging £2 for the new part (many would have fitted a whole new unit and charged way more). He attempted a repair on the tap, which required a trip to the plumber's merchants to buy a valve. I called to tell him I had a replacement mixer tap from a job years ago, and he came back the next morning and fitted it. He very honestly told me that the valve he had bought was standard, so no charge as he could use it on a future job. Just two hours labour at a very reasonable rate - both jobs done! Many thanks Pete - you have just become my go-to plumber.

I called him out for a job and he ended up damaging the property for no reason after refusing to agree on price. Do not use this man's services as this was very unprofessional and malicious.

Removed and refitted new Combi boiler I was without heating and hot water 02/12/2022 he came at 1700 inspected the 23 year old boiler and returned the next morning with a new boiler all up and running by16:30 a very professional tradesman and genuinely good man couldn’t be happier thank you Peter.

Just moved into a rented property in Thornaby and could not work the heating system. Called PMB PLUMBING who came out the same day , and sorted it for me .5 stars for service and professionalism
