I recently moved house for the first time in 20 years and had a lot of belongings to shift. Although I did all the packing myself, the four lads from Richardsons who came to move everything were brilliant. They were friendly, professional, and handled both houses with great care. I am not sure this firm is the cheapest around, but I am pleased I chose them, they were absolutely worth it. They were helpful throughout the whole process, from booking the move, to dropping off boxes for me to pack, and on the day they kept me calm and supported. Highly recommended.

We were advised by an industry expert to choose Richardson. She gave them 10/10 and the nearest competitor 9/10. After our move I would give them 11/10. From punctual arrival, to protecting carpets, to wrapping, packing, loading, moving, unloading, dismantling and reinstalling washers, beds, etc. everything was done perfectly. And they managed unforeseen problems without panic and came up with a solution. Nothing was too much trouble. After care service is also good, picking up empty boxes and wrapping. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Richardson's provided a highly professional service. The preliminary visit was useful to explain the service offered and we chose to have a small amount moved on the Friday (completion day), with the rest moved out on Thursday and in on Monday. Every item was clearly labelled and the staff made sure it went where we wanted it. I have no hesitation in recommending Richardson's.

Very happy with all at Richardsons from the initial quote and advice given by Josh, and then the lads who moved me. Each and every one of them were friendly and professional and treated all my possessions as if they were their own. My biggest worry was in relation to one item that was irreplaceable if broken. Al and Eric ensured it was well packed by them, stored on site and transported to my new home fully intact. Thank you. Highly recommend.

The two guys turned up on time (I had the first appointment of the day) were friendly, and unloaded and delivered my boxes up the stairs and into the room I chose. I had my stuff in storage with them for over three years too. Competitive storage price and I always got good service from John and his staff when I popped down about once a year to add or take away items. Would definitely use the Company again for storage and delivery.
