I bought my current house using core legal in May 2022 and they failed to complete the land registry application but I was unaware of this until selling my property in 2024. Core legal did not try to help or action anything until I formally complained. Core legal have now completely the application after I made a formal complaint so my sale can progress but this has caused major delays in my house sale currently. This caused stress and worry which is unnecessary at an already stressful time. I would not recommend this company.
