Excellent customer service from all the staff at the Teesside branch. So helpful and attentive. Fitting our three sons for a wedding (groom/ two groomsmen) and couldn't have had a better experience. Very patient with us and all the size changes we had to make. Thank you for your expertise and for making it such a smooth experience.

We popped in Tuesday night to find a suit for my boyfriend for his Christmas party, the lady who’s served us (I’m so sorry I don’t remember her name) was wonderful and really accommodating. She really made him feel at ease as he was completely out of his comfort zone. She even told us how to style it so he can wear it with other items which I thought was a lovely touch. Thank you so much for your help you’re a credit to this store. Jamie ☺️

Came in here today needing to be fitted for some suits for work. Young man called Sheriah (sp?) helped me loads with measuring, recommendations and getting things in the right size despite knowing from the start that I was planning to purchase online.

Brilliant service today, went to Moss Bros to buy a new suit for a wedding. We spoke to Bailey who helped pick, size and style the best suit for my requirements. Thanks again Bailey for all your help!
