I came into store today to book another holiday simply because of how brilliant Sarah B was when I booked my first holiday. Sarah B is attentive, kind and explains everything perfectly. I had such a positive experience both times visiting the store because of Sarah. She takes her time to show you everything and explains all the prices and tries to get you a really good holiday. I’ll be back every year now to visit Sarah and book my holidays. She is a credit to the hays travel team! Thank you again

We booked our honeymoon with Courtney at Hays Travel, and she was amazing from start to finish. We told her exactly what we wanted (a USA road trip!) and she got everything spot on! The itinerary was perfect, the hotels and flights were exactly what we had hoped for, and she managed to get it at an amazing price. I had so many questions along the way, as a cautious booker, but Courtney was always so reassuring, patient, and efficient. She made the process completely stress-free, and we couldn’t be happier! Ive just got back from an amazing holiday to Lake Garda. Lauren at Hayes helped getting our holiday spot on..we wanted to do a lot of exploring and Lauren helped pick the PERFECT location and hotel for what we wanted to do. We recently asked Alyson at Hays Travel to help us price up a family holiday for 22 people — not an easy task at all! Hays is our go to place to book holidays. Great staff and they look after you. Update July 2025 As I originally said above Hays at Teesside Park really do look after you and go that extra mile. Had an issue with Riviera Travel and some really poor service from them. Hays and mosy prominently Courtney have been fighting our corner for two weeks, with effort after effort after effort to get this resolved. Which they did. Today. Stellar 5***** service from Courtney and the team. This is why having the Hays team on your side is a must. Well done and thankyou ❤️
