TUI Holiday Store

We had a brilliant experience at TUI. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by the receptionist, informed of a short five-minute wait, and offered a tea or coffee. The tea arrived quickly, and we were soon shown to a desk to talk through our plans. Sophie looked after us and was absolutely fantastic. We explained our destination and also needed help with travel insurance due to an earlier medical diagnosis. Sophie handled this expertly, getting the right advice and finding suitable insurance that met our needs without any fuss or stress. She also helped us organise an overnight stay and car parking prior to our holiday, which took a lot of pressure off and made the whole process feel seamless. Overall, the experience genuinely couldn’t have been better. This has completely convinced me to stop trying to book holidays online and instead go to the experts. Having someone who can cut through complicated online forms and give clear, confident advice is invaluable. Highly recommended.

After visiting the Tui store at Teesside Park we were greeted by Chloe. I have never been more impressed with the quality and service this lovely young lady gave us. Not only was she very knowledgeable regarding choice of holiday on offer but went the extra mile to make sure that flights on offer suited both our needs with both of us being pensioners. I would certainly recommend Chloe to anyone interested in buying a holiday from Tui, she was a pleasure to deal with. James.

We received great service from Sophie G to help organise our upcoming holiday in Lanzarote. We are planning to meet up with friends who will be travelling from Manchester so Sophie contacted them in order to help book their holiday with us. All in all a great experience at TUI. Thank you

Booked a holiday in the Teesside park branch, after reading some of the hotels reviews on tripadvisor went back to store the following day to ask if it could be changed. I was greeted with warmth and a smile although I was giving them a bit of a problem. In the following 30 minutes Nieve worked her socks off to make this happen as did Claire the previous day with the original booking. I cannot praise the staff highly enough and these two girls definitely went over and above to ensure I was happy before leaving the store. Thank you so much and I will definitely be visiting again to make future bookings, the one to one service is much better than pushing buttons on a computer and definitely comes into it's own when problems arise.

We called into TUI Teesside Park on New Year's Eve to hopefully book a holiday. We were greeted with a pleasant welcome and Rachel dealt with our booking. Rachel was very helpful and made the booking a very relaxing and enjoyable experience. She has good knowledge of the industry she works in and gave us great answers and advice regarding our holiday. We look forward to calling in-store again to book further holidays.
