I had my first appointment today with one of my dogs today and I couldn’t be happier with the care we received. My dog has an extensive medical history which unfortunately hadn’t been transferred correctly from Kibbles, but the vet took the time to listen, review everything thoroughly, and give him a full check-over, all at no charge. With veterinary costs rising everywhere, it was genuinely refreshing to leave without a large bill. Aside from the financial aspect, the reception staff were friendly and helpful, and the vet was open, honest, and informative throughout the appointment. All four of my dogs are now in the process of transferring to Animal Trust Teesside.
This was our first visit & we weren't disappointed! Staff friendly when we arrived. The vet was thorough & explained everything to us. Our dog was having an allergic reaction so needed steroids. Now for the best part!! The bill was £1.48!! I actually could not believe it. Because we had joined the pawassist we only had to pay for the tablets. Our old vets would have been well over £100. Best decision ever swapping over!
Staff here are so helpful and genuinely nice. We needed to get seen asap on a Saturday, they were more than happy to see us and didn’t charge for a consultation like most out of hours vets. We got seen as soon as we arrived and had our options explained to us. Couldn’t thank them enough!
So pleased Animal Trust has opened this facility near us as we had reluctantly left their Barnsley surgery when we moved house. They have very reasonable prices, so friendly and approachable and the care we received for our elderly dog was fantastic. There's plenty of parking, the place is clean and new and gives you peace of mind with 24/7 emergency care.
The staff on reception were lovely and welcoming. Mgadalena saw my two dogs and really took the time to understand their individual situations and explain it to me properly which left me feeling assured and confident. She went above and beyond in the care given today, really showing great care, compassion and interest with my disabled dog. First visit and it has filled me with confidence in continuing to use this practice for my dogs, I highly recommend them.
