Good products at a decent price (cf. the local extensive competition)....but the staff locally and head office need watching for spouting 'corporate script lines' (aka. 'BS'). The lunch 'meal deal' is great....though stock levels are poor AToW of some of the components in particular crisps; staff offered vague statements about "not having a delivery yet" three weeks before the time of this review. This is Bakery - do you not get fresh ingredients more frequently than once ever 2 weeks? Also the manager insisted I buy something so I could claim my 'Free Meal' on their loyalty program. Head Office was contacted and emailed a dead link to their Terms and Conditions when I asked; parts (which? Completeness?) were summarised in their response email.

We come in every morning for sausage rolls and two dinosaur biscuits, and the staff are always so welcoming. They always chat with my son and bring so much laughter and happiness to our mornings—it really means a lot to us.
