Been here three times and tried various things now, all delicious! My absolute favourite being the lemon and raspberry cruffin, beautiful and delicious. We've also loved the yogurt granola, bacon fadgie (best bacon sandwich my wife's ever had apparently), cheese and pickle toastie, pastrami sandwich, and more! Although it's not super cheap, I think it's actually not bad value because everything is quite a big portion, the toastie was massive. The service is also quick and the staff friendly :)

The golden nugget of Ingleby Barwick. From the outside, the bakery is pristine, the signage classy. The inside matches outside, it's super clean. Nothing to hide with the nice big window showing the bakers working away. Greeted and acknowledged withing seconds of walking through the door no matter how busy the lady was completing other orders. A smooth and positive service and a thank you for my patience which for me; wasn't needed because her service was immaculate already. The pastrami roll was packed full of meat accompanied by a simple salad and cheese with a very nice bun. It was delicious. The ginger loaf slice did not disappoint one bit. Very soft, with a little chew to add to the texture. A lovely warm spice of the ginger and topped with a lovely cream frosting. I will be back very soon. I need to try more.

I first tried Soigné in Bloom and I told myself I have to go to the HQ in Ingleby. The deco in the shop is such zen vibes. I bought bacon fadgie , Jaffa muffin, coffee and walnut loaf, sausage and cheese fadgie! I didn’t know fadgie was but it’s so soft and yummy. According to my partner is what they grew up with over the border. Of course I cannot leave with a good cup of coffee! Can’t wait to go back for some more goodies! Lovely people who serve me and that’s what I love about the community. Psst: I’ve also tried their Paris Brest and Beef Deli sandwich in Bloom oh my word so good.

We ordered the mozzarella courgette roll, white chocolate pistachio knot, and bostock. The roll was my favourite, with tasty cheese, flavourful bread and tender courgettes. The knot was also very good, very soft and fluffy and not overly sweet similar to a cinnamon bun. The bostock was good too, but a bit too sweet for my liking. Would recommend for pastries.

Lovely new French style bakery! Finally good quality and great taste pastry in the area. It actually tastes like pastry should taste! Buttery, soft and fluffy dough with crust where it’s needed and it’s there not because it’s been overcooked) We have tried focaccia, babka and loaf. All 5 out of 5. I’m leaving this review not because I just want to support a local business, but because this place is absolutely worth visiting! If you are aiming for croissants, you better get there before 9am😁 And yes, they do coffee, but currently there’s no space to sit and sip. UPD: they’ve added some seats and tables outside.
