4 months to replace a laptop screen and fix the on off switch and both STILL not done! Never got one phone call from them despite me ringing for updates, each time being fobbed off with lies and promises. Would not recommend and advise to go elsewhere, they are so unprofessional. One star is too many, minus 5 would be closer!

Old computer diagnosed as having mother board problems. Decided to buy new computer. Shaun advised, obtained and set up new computer all in the cost of the computer. Since then I've had an email problem which he's sorted for free. I haven't compared the cost of the new computer with what I would have spent at somewhere like PC World, but I have been very happy with my experiences with MCS Computers. I know that if I need advice or assistance in the future I will have somewhere to go and that, for somebody who only has a passing knowledge of computers, is invaluable. I know where I will buy my next computer from in a few years hence.

Have used the services of MCS Computers twice, including when I had an unfortunate incident with a coffee spillage leading to an 'unresponsive' laptop. Have been impressed with the knowledge, service and price. Would highly recommend.

Sent these guys (trading as laptop.spares) my laptop motherboard to replace a mangled power jack. They called me back three days later to ask for payment, job done. Very competitive price for the work. Postie showed up with my motherboard the following morning. Job is as neat as you could ask, and i'm up and running again.
